LACCHEDAR ALOO AUR PYAZ KE PAKORE | BHAJIYA RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Grated Potato - 1
  2. Onion - 1/2 (Chopped)
  3. Gram Flour - 4 tbsp
  4. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  5. Carom Seeds - 1 Pinch
  6. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Coarsely Grounded Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
  9. Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
  10. Sabzi Masala - 1 tsp
  11. Green Chilli - 2 (Chopped)
  12. Curry Leaves - Few (Chopped)
  13. Green Coriander - Few (Chopped)
  14. Salt - to taste
  15. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, add gram flour, onion, green chilli, curry leaves, green coriander & mix well.
  2. Add all ingredients & mix well. Add water & mix all the ingredients well & make a thick batter.
  3. Heat oil in a karahi, take some batter & put it in hot oil. Let them fry until golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with ketchup.
