LACCHEDAR ALOO AUR PYAZ KE PAKORE | BHAJIYA RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

- Grated Potato - 1
- Onion - 1/2 (Chopped)
- Gram Flour - 4 tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Carom Seeds - 1 Pinch
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coarsely Grounded Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
- Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
- Sabzi Masala - 1 tsp
- Green Chilli - 2 (Chopped)
- Curry Leaves - Few (Chopped)
- Green Coriander - Few (Chopped)
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - For Frying
- Take a bowl, add gram flour, onion, green chilli, curry leaves, green coriander & mix well.
- Add all ingredients & mix well. Add water & mix all the ingredients well & make a thick batter.
- Heat oil in a karahi, take some batter & put it in hot oil. Let them fry until golden brown.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
