INGREDIENTS:
  1. Wheat Flour - as required (Knead a dough by adding a little salt)
  2. Eggs - 3
  3. Onion - 1 Big (Chopped)
  4. Red Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Green Chilli - 2 (Slited & Chopped)
  7. Green Coriander - Few
  8. Salt - To taste
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, beat eggs, all ingredients & mix well.
  2. Dust some wheat flour on the rolling board, roll the dough for once.
  3. Spread ghee on the dough, dust wheat flour, take equal portions of the dough, roll it.
  4. Roll the dough piece into a roti.
  5. Heat a pan, put roti & half cook it.
  6. Take a pan, keep the flame on medium-low, put roti, add beaten eggs, keep another roti on top & cook until done inside out.
  7. Spread ghee, cut into equal parts.
  8. Serve hot.
