INGREDIENTS:
  1. Green Peas - 250gms
  2. Onion - 1 Big (Chopped)
  3. Makai Flour - 3 tbsp
  4. Green chilli - 6-7
  5. Ginger Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  6. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
  8. Coarsely Grounded Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
  9. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  10. Curry Leaves - Few
  11. Green Coriander - Few
  12. Salt - To taste
  13. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a mixer jar, add green peas, green chilli & coarsely grind it.
  2. Add all ingredients & mix well.
  3. Spread oil on both palms, take some mixture & press against both palms & give shape.
  4. Heat oil in a karahi. Put the kababs one by one & let it fry until brown.
  5. Serve hot with green chutney & ketchup.
