MERE PUNJAB KI SHAAN SARSO DA SAAG - COOKER MEIN BANAYE MAZEDAAR SARSO KA SAAG  BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Saag - 2 Bunch
  2. Spinach - 1/2 Bunch
  3. Batwa - 2 Bunch
  4. Lehsun Ki sabzi - 1/2 Bunch
  5. Fenugreek Leaves - Less than 1/2 Bunch
  6. Garlic cloves - 8
  7. Ginger - Small pieces
  8. Whole Dry Red Chilli - 6
  9. Green Chilli - 8
  10. Makai Ka Ata - 4 tbsp
  11. Onion - 1 Big (Chopped)
  12. Tomato - 1 Big (Chopped)
  13. Whole Dry Red Chilli - 2-3
  14. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  15. Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
  16. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  17. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  18. Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
  19. Coarsely Grounded Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
  20. Lehsun Ki Sabzi - 4-5 (Chopped)
  21. Green Chilli - 2
  22. Salt - to taste
  23. Butter - 1 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Take a cooker, add water & bring it to the boiling point, add all veggies.
  2. Add all ingredients (1-9), close cooker, bring it on full pressure on high flame & cook until 5-6 whistles.
  3. Mix boiled veggies with the back of a ladle.
  4. Add Makai ka ata & mix well with the back of the ladle.
  5. Heat a karahi. Add butter, cumin seeds & saute.
  6. Add garlic cloves & saute.
  7. Add green chilli & whole dry red chilli & saute.
  8. Add onion & saute.
  9. Add tomato & saute. Add salt & saute (Take out whole dry red chilli & green chilli & use them for garnishing).
  10. Add all other ingredients, salt & mix well.
  11. After 2-3 mins, add a little water & saute.
  12. Put the lid & cook for another 5-6 mins.
  13. After 5 mins, add saag (boiled veggies) & mix well. Cover & cook for another 15-20 mins.
  14. After 15 mins, saute for once. Cover & cook on low flame for another 5 mins.
  15. Garnish with butter. Serve with Makke ki roti.
