MERE PUNJAB KI SHAAN SARSO DA SAAG - COOKER MEIN BANAYE MAZEDAAR SARSO KA SAAG BY AYESHA'S WORLD

- Saag - 2 Bunch
- Spinach - 1/2 Bunch
- Batwa - 2 Bunch
- Lehsun Ki sabzi - 1/2 Bunch
- Fenugreek Leaves - Less than 1/2 Bunch
- Garlic cloves - 8
- Ginger - Small pieces
- Whole Dry Red Chilli - 6
- Green Chilli - 8
- Makai Ka Ata - 4 tbsp
- Onion - 1 Big (Chopped)
- Tomato - 1 Big (Chopped)
- Whole Dry Red Chilli - 2-3
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coarsely Grounded Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
- Lehsun Ki Sabzi - 4-5 (Chopped)
- Green Chilli - 2
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 1 Spoon
- Take a cooker, add water & bring it to the boiling point, add all veggies.
- Add all ingredients (1-9), close cooker, bring it on full pressure on high flame & cook until 5-6 whistles.
- Mix boiled veggies with the back of a ladle.
- Add Makai ka ata & mix well with the back of the ladle.
- Heat a karahi. Add butter, cumin seeds & saute.
- Add garlic cloves & saute.
- Add green chilli & whole dry red chilli & saute.
- Add onion & saute.
- Add tomato & saute. Add salt & saute (Take out whole dry red chilli & green chilli & use them for garnishing).
- Add all other ingredients, salt & mix well.
- After 2-3 mins, add a little water & saute.
- Put the lid & cook for another 5-6 mins.
- After 5 mins, add saag (boiled veggies) & mix well. Cover & cook for another 15-20 mins.
- After 15 mins, saute for once. Cover & cook on low flame for another 5 mins.
- Garnish with butter. Serve with Makke ki roti.
