AAP NE AISI BOTI KHAYI HAI, AGAR TOH ISS VIDEO KO ZAROOR DEKHIYE BOTI FRY BY AYESHA'S WORLD

- Goat Intestine - 1 Big (Cut into small pieces)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Green chilli - 2
- Green Coriander - Few
- Salt - to taste
- Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Green chilli - 2
- Curry leaves - 4-5 sprig
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Take a bowl, mix all the ingredients well (1-6) & keep aside for 10 mins.
- Take a cooker, add all ingredients, a little water & keep aside. Put the lid & cook until 4-5 whistles.
- Heat a karahi, add oil, fenugreek seeds, green chilli & saute.
- Add boiled goat intestine & mix well & turn the flame to low.
- Later on high flame, cook until the water dries.
- Add curry leaves & mix well, on high flame, cook until the water dries.
- After 2-3 mins, mix it together for once, turn off the flame to low, put the lid & cook until it turns crispy.
- Do not open the lid, be careful while sauteing.
- Add green coriander & mix well.
- Serve hot.
