INGREDIENTS:
  1. Goat Intestine - 1 Big (Cut into small pieces)
  2. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  3. Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  4. Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
  5. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  6. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  7. Green chilli - 2
  8. Green Coriander - Few
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
  11. Green chilli - 2
  12. Curry leaves - 4-5 sprig
  13. Oil - 1 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, mix all the ingredients well (1-6) & keep aside for 10 mins.
  2. Take a cooker, add all ingredients, a little water & keep aside. Put the lid & cook until 4-5 whistles.
  3. Heat a karahi, add oil, fenugreek seeds, green chilli & saute.
  4. Add boiled goat intestine & mix well & turn the flame to low.
  5. Later on high flame, cook until the water dries.
  6. Add curry leaves & mix well, on high flame, cook until the water dries.
  7. After 2-3 mins, mix it together for once, turn off the flame to low, put the lid & cook until it turns crispy.
  8. Do not open the lid, be careful while sauteing.
  9. Add green coriander & mix well.
  10. Serve hot.
