MUMBAI MAST PAV BHAJI JUHU CHOWPATTY STYLE IN SIMPLE EASY WAY || MUMBAI STREET FOOD RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Green peas - 1/2 kg
  2. Cauliflower - 1/2 Cup
  3. Carrot - 1/2 Cup
  4. French Beans - 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
  5. Capsicum - 4 (Chopped)
  6. Onion - 3 Big (Chopped)
  7. Tomatoes - 3 Big (Chopped)
  8. Bay Leaf - 1
  9. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. Red chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  11. Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tsp
  12. Sabzi masala - 1 tsp
  13. Green Coriander - 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
  14. Salt - To taste
  15. Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Take a cooker, add green peas, cauliflower, carrot, french beans, salt to taste, 1/2 glass of water & boil them.
  2. Heat a karahi, add oil, bay leaf & saute.
  3. Add onion & saute.
  4. Add tomatoes & saute.
  5. Add turmeric, red chilli, kashmiri chilli powder, salt to taste & saute.
  6. Cook on medium-low flame, mash all the ingredients. Cook on low flame for another 2 mins.
  7. Add all boiled veggies & stock & mix well. Cook on high flame.
  8. Save green peas for later. Mash it once again.
  9. Add a little water & mix well. Put the lid & cook on low flame.
  10. Add capsicum & mix well.
  11. Add carrots & mix well.
  12. Add sabzi masala & mix well. Cover & cook on low flame.
  13. Heat a tawa, put bhaji on it, add butter, mash it again.
  14. Add butter on tawa, put pav & toast them.
  15. Serve hot with onion, tomato slices, lemon slices, green coriander, papad & pav.
