MUMBAI MAST PAV BHAJI JUHU CHOWPATTY STYLE IN SIMPLE EASY WAY || MUMBAI STREET FOOD RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

- Green peas - 1/2 kg
- Cauliflower - 1/2 Cup
- Carrot - 1/2 Cup
- French Beans - 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
- Capsicum - 4 (Chopped)
- Onion - 3 Big (Chopped)
- Tomatoes - 3 Big (Chopped)
- Bay Leaf - 1
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Sabzi masala - 1 tsp
- Green Coriander - 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
- Salt - To taste
- Oil - 2 Spoon
- Take a cooker, add green peas, cauliflower, carrot, french beans, salt to taste, 1/2 glass of water & boil them.
- Heat a karahi, add oil, bay leaf & saute.
- Add onion & saute.
- Add tomatoes & saute.
- Add turmeric, red chilli, kashmiri chilli powder, salt to taste & saute.
- Cook on medium-low flame, mash all the ingredients. Cook on low flame for another 2 mins.
- Add all boiled veggies & stock & mix well. Cook on high flame.
- Save green peas for later. Mash it once again.
- Add a little water & mix well. Put the lid & cook on low flame.
- Add capsicum & mix well.
- Add carrots & mix well.
- Add sabzi masala & mix well. Cover & cook on low flame.
- Heat a tawa, put bhaji on it, add butter, mash it again.
- Add butter on tawa, put pav & toast them.
- Serve hot with onion, tomato slices, lemon slices, green coriander, papad & pav.
