HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN YAKHNI PULAO || WHITE CHICKEN PULAO || WHITE YAKHNI PULAO || PULAO RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chicken Pieces - 1 kg
  2. Onion - 1 (Sliced)
  3. Green Chillies - 4
  4. Garlic Cloves - 6-7
  5. Ginger - 1/2 inch
  6. Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp
  7. Dry Spices: Bay Leaf - 2
  8. Cinnamon Stick - 2
  9. Cloves - 4
  10. Green Cardamom - 3
  11. Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  12. Green Coriander - Few
  13. Salt - To Taste
  14. Basmati Rice - 1 kg (Soak in water)
  15. Onion - 1 (Chopped)
  16. Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
  17. Bay Leaf - 2
  18. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  19. Black Pepper Powder - 1 tbsp
  20. Garam Masala Powder - 1 tbsp
  21. Green Chilli - 4
  22. Curd - 250 gms
  23. Potatoes - 5-6 (Cut into 2 equal halves)
  24. Ghee - 1 Spoon
  25. Oil - 1 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, add all ingredients (1-13) & mix well. Heat karahi, add them, water - 1 litre & mix well. Cover & cook till 10 mins.
  2. After 10 mins, turn off the flame, take out chicken pieces, separate stock.
  3. Heat a handi, add oil, ghee. Add cumin seeds & saute.
  4. Add bay leaf & saute. Add onion & saute.
  5. Add ginger-garlic paste & saute. Add green chillies & saute.
  6. Add chicken pieces & mix well.
  7. Add potatoes & mix well.
  8. After 4-5 mins, add rice, curd & mix well.
  9. Add chicken stock & mix well. add water - 1 litre & mix well. Add salt to taste & mix well. Cover & cook for 10 mins.
  10. Cover the lid with a cotton cloth & cook on low flame for another 10 mins.
  11. Serve hot.
