HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN YAKHNI PULAO || WHITE CHICKEN PULAO || WHITE YAKHNI PULAO || PULAO RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 20 Mins

- SERVINGS: 3-4
- Chicken Pieces - 1 kg
- Onion - 1 (Sliced)
- Green Chillies - 4
- Garlic Cloves - 6-7
- Ginger - 1/2 inch
- Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp
- Dry Spices: Bay Leaf - 2
- Cinnamon Stick - 2
- Cloves - 4
- Green Cardamom - 3
- Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Green Coriander - Few
- Salt - To Taste
- Basmati Rice - 1 kg (Soak in water)
- Onion - 1 (Chopped)
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
- Bay Leaf - 2
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder - 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 tbsp
- Green Chilli - 4
- Curd - 250 gms
- Potatoes - 5-6 (Cut into 2 equal halves)
- Ghee - 1 Spoon
- Oil - 1 Spoon
- Take a bowl, add all ingredients (1-13) & mix well. Heat karahi, add them, water - 1 litre & mix well. Cover & cook till 10 mins.
- After 10 mins, turn off the flame, take out chicken pieces, separate stock.
- Heat a handi, add oil, ghee. Add cumin seeds & saute.
- Add bay leaf & saute. Add onion & saute.
- Add ginger-garlic paste & saute. Add green chillies & saute.
- Add chicken pieces & mix well.
- Add potatoes & mix well.
- After 4-5 mins, add rice, curd & mix well.
- Add chicken stock & mix well. add water - 1 litre & mix well. Add salt to taste & mix well. Cover & cook for 10 mins.
- Cover the lid with a cotton cloth & cook on low flame for another 10 mins.
- Serve hot.
