- Mutton Pieces - 1/2 kg
- Onion - 1/2 (Chopped)
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
- Dry Coconut Powder - 2 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp (Crushed)
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - 1 1/2 Spoon
- Heat a cooker, add mutton pieces, turmeric powder, salt & saute on a high flame.
- Add oil & saute.
- After 2-3 mins, add ginger garlic paste & saute.
- Add all the ingredients & saute. Add a little water & saute.
- After 5 mins, add crushed black pepper & mix well.
- After 2-3 mins, add a glass of water & mix well. Close cooker & bring it on full pressure & cook it on a high flame, till 5-6 whistles or till the mutton gets tender.
- After 5-6 mins, serve it hot with roti, rice, etc.
