INGREDIENTS:
  1. Mutton Pieces - 1/2 kg
  2. Onion - 1/2 (Chopped)
  3. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1/2 tsp
  5. Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tbsp
  6. Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
  7. Dry Coconut Powder - 2 tbsp
  8. Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Black Pepper - 1/2 tsp (Crushed)
  10. Salt - To Taste
  11. Oil -  1 1/2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat a cooker, add mutton pieces, turmeric powder, salt & saute on a high flame.
  2. Add oil & saute.
  3. After 2-3 mins, add ginger garlic paste & saute.
  4. Add all the ingredients & saute. Add a little water & saute.
  5. After 5 mins, add crushed black pepper & mix well.
  6. After 2-3 mins, add a glass of water & mix well. Close cooker & bring it on full pressure & cook it on a high flame, till 5-6 whistles or till the mutton gets tender.
  7. After 5-6 mins, serve it hot with roti, rice, etc.
