HOW TO MAKE KALEJI MASALA || SUPER TASTY BHUNA HUA KALEJI MASALA || MUTTON RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Goat Liver - 1/2 kg
  2. Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
  3. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  4. Dry Coconut Powder - 1 tbsp
  5. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  7. Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
  8. Dried Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tbsp
  9. Garam Masala Powder - Little more than 1/4 tsp
  10. Green Chillies - 2
  11. Green Coriander - 1/2 Cup
  12. Cumin & Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  13. Bay Leaf - 2
  14. Salt - To Taste
  15. Oil - 1 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a karahi. Add cumin & mustard seeds & saute.
  2. Add bay leaf & saute. Add onion & saute.
  3. After 2-3 mins, add ginger garlic paste & saute. Add green chillies & saute.
  4. On a low flame, add liver & saute.
  5. On a high flame, saute for 2-3 mins, add all ingredients except for dried fenugreek leaves & garam masala powder & mix well.
  6. After 5-6 mins, add 1/2 a glass of water & mix well. Cover & cook on a high flame.
  7. After 5-6 mins, add dried fenugreek leaves & garam masala powder & mix well. Cover & cook on a low flame for another 5 mins.
  8. After 5 mins, add green coriander & mix well.
  9. Serve hot with roti etc.
