HOW TO MAKE KALEJI MASALA || SUPER TASTY BHUNA HUA KALEJI MASALA || MUTTON RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 20 Mins

- Goat Liver - 1/2 kg
- Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Dry Coconut Powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander Powder - 2 tbsp
- Dried Fenugreek Leaves - 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder - Little more than 1/4 tsp
- Green Chillies - 2
- Green Coriander - 1/2 Cup
- Cumin & Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
- Bay Leaf - 2
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - 1 Spoon
- Heat oil in a karahi. Add cumin & mustard seeds & saute.
- Add bay leaf & saute. Add onion & saute.
- After 2-3 mins, add ginger garlic paste & saute. Add green chillies & saute.
- On a low flame, add liver & saute.
- On a high flame, saute for 2-3 mins, add all ingredients except for dried fenugreek leaves & garam masala powder & mix well.
- After 5-6 mins, add 1/2 a glass of water & mix well. Cover & cook on a high flame.
- After 5-6 mins, add dried fenugreek leaves & garam masala powder & mix well. Cover & cook on a low flame for another 5 mins.
- After 5 mins, add green coriander & mix well.
- Serve hot with roti etc.
