ISS MONSOON BANAYE MAZEDAAR HARI MOONG DAL KE PAKORE KE BAARISH KA MAZA AAJAYE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chile Hui Moong - 250 gms (Soak in water for 4-5 hours)
  2. Onion - 1 (Sliced)
  3. Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
  4. Green Chillies - 6-7
  5. Whole Dry Red Chilli - 5-6
  6. Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp
  7. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  8. Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
  9. Green Coriander - Few
  10. Salt - To Taste
  11. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a mixer jar, add all the ingredients & grind into a fine powder.
  2. Take a bowl, add grounded dal, add all ingredients & mix well.
  3. After 15 mins, mix it well for once.
  4. Heat oil in a karahi, take some mixture & give shape. One by one put it in hot oil & let it fry till it turns golden brown.
  5. Serve hot.
