ISS MONSOON BANAYE MAZEDAAR HARI MOONG DAL KE PAKORE KE BAARISH KA MAZA AAJAYE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

- COOKING TIME: 20-25 Mins

- Chile Hui Moong - 250 gms (Soak in water for 4-5 hours)
- Onion - 1 (Sliced)
- Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp
- Green Chillies - 6-7
- Whole Dry Red Chilli - 5-6
- Coriander Seeds - 1 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tbsp
- Green Coriander - Few
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - For Frying
- Take a mixer jar, add all the ingredients & grind into a fine powder.
- Take a bowl, add grounded dal, add all ingredients & mix well.
- After 15 mins, mix it well for once.
- Heat oil in a karahi, take some mixture & give shape. One by one put it in hot oil & let it fry till it turns golden brown.
- Serve hot.
