SOFT EASY & QUICK RAVA IDLI | BREAKFAST RECIPE | SOUTH INDIAN RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Idli Rava - 2 cups
  2. Cooked Rice - 2 cups
  3. Urad Dal - 1/2 cup
  4. Salt - To Taste
  5. Soda Bi-Carb - 1/4 tsp
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, add idli rava, add water - 5 cups & keep aside for 3-4 hours.
  2. Take a bowl, add cooked rice & keep it aside.
  3. Do not use Basmati Rice. You can also use Rice flakes - 1 cup in the place of cooked rice.
  4. Take a bowl, add urad dal. Add water & soak it for 2-3 hours. After 2-3 hours, take out the water.
  5. Take a mixer jar, add urad dal, cooked rice, a little water & grind well & coarsely grind it.
  6. After 3-4 hours, take the water out from idli rava.
  7. Take a vessel. add soaked idli rava. Add grounded dal & cooked rice. Mix well. Put the lid. Keep it aside for 4-5 hours for fermentation.
  8. Mix it for once after 4-5 hours. Take a spoon, add salt, Soda Bi-Carb, a little water & mix well.
  9. Take idli moulds, spread oil on it. Add water in idli maker & keep it for boiling.
  10. Mix batter for once, add the batter in each mould. Put the mould in the idli maker. Let it cook for 10 mins.
  11. After 10 mins. Demould the idlis.
  12. Serve hot with Sambhar & Chutney.
