HOW TO MAKE MATAR PANEER | SIMPLE & EASY RECIPE | MATAR PANEER BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Green Peas - 200 gms
  2. Paneer Cubes & Crumbled - 200 gms
  3. Onion - 1
  4. Tomato - 1
  5. Green Chillies - 2
  6. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
  7. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  9. Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
  10. Garam Masala Powder - a little more than 1/4 tsp
  11. Roasted Chana Dal Powder - 1 tbsp
  12. Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp
  13. Cumin Seeds - 1/4 tsp
  14. Salt - To Taste
  15. Oil - 2 tbsp
  16. Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil - 2 tbsp in a karahi, add onion & saute.
  2. After a min, add tomato & saute.
  3. After a min, add green chillies & saute. Let it cool down at room temperature & grind it into a paste.
  4. In the same karahi, heat oil. Add cumin seeds & saute.
  5. Add ginger-garlic paste & saute.
  6. Add red chilli powder & saute.
  7. Add coriander powder & saute.
  8. Add turmeric powder & saute.
  9. Add roasted chana dal powder & saute.
  10. Add onion, tomato, chillies paste & saute. Add 1/2 a cup of water & mix well.
  11. Add kashmiri red chilli powder & mix well.
  12. Add salt & mix well. Put the lid & cook.
  13. Add green peas & mix well. Put the lid & simmer.
  14. After 3-4 mins, add crumbled paneer & mix well. Add a little water & mix well. Put the lid & simmer on low flame.
  15. After 2-3 mins, paneer cubes & mix well. Add salt & mix well.
  16. Add garam masala powder & mix well. Add 1/2 a glass of water & mix well. Put the lid & cook for 5-6 mins.
  17. After 5 mins, mix for once & serve after 3-4 mins.
  18. Serve hot.
