PUDINA MASALA PARATHA || PUDINA PARATHA RECIPE || PARATHA RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
  2. All-Purpose Flour - 1/2 Cup
  3. Mint Leaves - 1 Cup
  4. Salt - To Taste
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, add wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt & mix well.
  2. Add water & knead a hard dough. Cover & keep aside for 10 mins.
  3. On a rolling board, roll the dough for once.
  4. Dust some wheat flour, roll the dough & give shape. Spread some oil. Dust some flour. 
  5. Sprinkle dried mint leaves, chilli flakes, chaat masala, mint leaves. Roll it & keep aside.
  6. Dust some flour, roll it in the shape of paratha.
  7. Heat a pan, put paratha, spread oil & let it cook.
  8. Flip it to the other side & let it cook.
  9. Serve hot.
