- PREPARATION TIME: 7-8 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 5-6 Mins

- Wheat Flour - 1 Cup
- All-Purpose Flour - 1/2 Cup
- Mint Leaves - 1 Cup
- Salt - To Taste
- Take a bowl, add wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt & mix well.
- Add water & knead a hard dough. Cover & keep aside for 10 mins.
- On a rolling board, roll the dough for once.
- Dust some wheat flour, roll the dough & give shape. Spread some oil. Dust some flour.
- Sprinkle dried mint leaves, chilli flakes, chaat masala, mint leaves. Roll it & keep aside.
- Dust some flour, roll it in the shape of paratha.
- Heat a pan, put paratha, spread oil & let it cook.
- Flip it to the other side & let it cook.
- Serve hot.
