ALOO METHI KI SABZI || VEG RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 05 Mins

- Fenugreek - 1 Bunch
- Potatoes - 2 Small (Cut into cubes)
- Onion - 1 Small (finely sliced)
- Tomato - 1/2
- Grated coconut - as required
- Garlic cloves - 4-5 (Crushed)
- Green chilli - 2 (Crushed)
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 1 1/2 Spoon
- Heat oil in a cooking pot. Add cumin seeds, crushed garlic cloves & green chilli, onion & mix well & saute.
- Add potatoes & saute.
- Add tomatoes & saute.
- Add turmeric powder, salt to taste & saute.
- Add fenugreek leaves & saute. Cover & cook on low flame.
- After few mins mix well. Cover & cook on low flame.
- Add grated coconut. Turn off the flame. Serve after a few mins.
- Serve hot with roti, dal & rice, etc.
