ALOO METHI KI SABZI || VEG RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Fenugreek - 1 Bunch
  2. Potatoes - 2 Small (Cut into cubes)
  3. Onion - 1 Small (finely sliced)
  4. Tomato - 1/2
  5. Grated coconut - as required
  6. Garlic cloves - 4-5 (Crushed)
  7. Green chilli - 2 (Crushed)
  8. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt - to taste
  11. Oil - 1 1/2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a cooking pot. Add cumin seeds, crushed garlic cloves & green chilli, onion & mix well & saute.
  2. Add potatoes & saute.
  3. Add tomatoes & saute.
  4. Add turmeric powder, salt to taste & saute.
  5. Add fenugreek leaves & saute. Cover & cook on low flame.
  6. After few mins mix well. Cover & cook on low flame.
  7. Add grated coconut. Turn off the flame. Serve after a few mins.
  8. Serve hot with roti, dal & rice, etc.
