ALOO MATAR PANEER KI SABZI

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Green peas - 1/2 kg
  2. Potatoes - 2 Big (Cut into cubes)
  3. Cauliflower - 1 Cup
  4. Paneer - 1 Cup
  5. Onion - 1 Bi (Sliced)
  6. Tomato - 1 medium (Sliced)
  7. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Red chili powder - 1 tsp
  10. Kashmiri Lal Mirch - 1 tsp
  11. Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
  12. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  13. Salt - to taste
  14. Oil - 1 1/2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a cooking pot. Add onions & saute.
  2. Add tomato & saute.
  3. Add green peas & potatoes & saute. Cover & cook on low flame.
  4. Add cauliflower, salt to taste, cover & cook.
  5. Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, kashmiri lal mirch & mix well & saute for 2-3 mins.
  6. Add water 1/2 glass & mix well. Cover & cook.
  7. Add garam masala powder, kasoori methi, salt. Cover & cook on high flame.
  8. Add crumbled paneer & mix well. Cover & cook for about 5-6 mins on low flame.
  9. Garnish with green coriander, lemon & onion slices. Serve hot with dal & rice, roti, etc.
