ALOO MATAR PANEER KI SABZI
- PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 15 Mins
- SERVINGS - 4-5
- Green peas - 1/2 kg
- Potatoes - 2 Big (Cut into cubes)
- Cauliflower - 1 Cup
- Paneer - 1 Cup
- Onion - 1 Bi (Sliced)
- Tomato - 1 medium (Sliced)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chili powder - 1 tsp
- Kashmiri Lal Mirch - 1 tsp
- Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 1 1/2 Spoon
- Heat oil in a cooking pot. Add onions & saute.
- Add tomato & saute.
- Add green peas & potatoes & saute. Cover & cook on low flame.
- Add cauliflower, salt to taste, cover & cook.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, kashmiri lal mirch & mix well & saute for 2-3 mins.
- Add water 1/2 glass & mix well. Cover & cook.
- Add garam masala powder, kasoori methi, salt. Cover & cook on high flame.
- Add crumbled paneer & mix well. Cover & cook for about 5-6 mins on low flame.
- Garnish with green coriander, lemon & onion slices. Serve hot with dal & rice, roti, etc.
