HOW TO MAKE PERFECT DOSA BATTER || DOSA BATTER


  • PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins
INGREDIENTS:
  1. Kolum Rice - 1 Kg
  2. Urad Dal - 1 Cup
  3. Bengal Gram (Chana Dal) - 1 tbsp
  4. Fenugreek seeds - 1 Pinch
METHOD:
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl & wash it in water. Soak it in water for 4-5 hrs.
  2. Add cooked rice & mix well.
  3. Add in the mixer jar & grind until a fine paste.
  4. Take out in a steel container. Close the lid & keep it for fermentation for 10-12 hrs or overnight in a warm place or in the kitchen cabinet.
  5. Mix well after fermenting.
