- Chicken - 1 kg
- Onion - 1 Big (Finely chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
- Dry coconut powder - 3 tbsp
- Green chili - 4-5 (Ground)
- Black pepper - 1 tsp (Crushed)
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 1/2 Cup
- Heat a cooking pot. Add chicken, onion, turmeric powder, salt to taste & saute.
- Add oil, ginger garlic paste & saute.
- Add ground green chillies after 5-6 mins.
- Add dry coconut powder & saute.
- Add coriander powder & saute.
- After 2-3 mins. Add water as required & mix well. Cover & cook.
- Add garam masala powder.
- Add crushed black pepper.
- Add slitted big green chillies & mix well.
- Add a little water, salt to taste & mix well.
- Cover & cook for another 15-20 mins on low flame.
- Serve hot with roti, rice & dal.
