HARA MASALA CHICKEN || CHICKEN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chicken - 1 kg
  2. Onion - 1 Big (Finely chopped)
  3. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
  6. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Dry coconut powder - 3 tbsp
  8. Green chili - 4-5 (Ground)
  9. Black pepper - 1 tsp (Crushed)
  10. Salt - to taste
  11. Oil - 1/2 Cup
METHOD:
  1. Heat a cooking pot. Add chicken, onion, turmeric powder, salt to taste & saute.
  2. Add oil, ginger garlic paste & saute.
  3. Add ground green chillies after 5-6 mins.
  4. Add dry coconut powder & saute.
  5. Add coriander powder & saute.
  6. After 2-3 mins. Add water as required & mix well. Cover & cook.
  7. Add garam masala powder.
  8. Add crushed black pepper.
  9. Add slitted big green chillies & mix well.
  10. Add a little water, salt to taste & mix well.
  11. Cover & cook for another 15-20 mins on low flame.
  12. Serve hot with roti, rice & dal.
