CHICKEN GRILL STICKS || CHICKEN SHASHLIK STICKS || HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN GRILL STICKS AT HOME ||

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Boneless Chicken - 2 Breasts (Cut into cubes)
  2. Barbecue Sticks - as required
  3. Capsicum - 2 (Cut into cubes)
  4. Tomato - 1 (Cut into cubes)
  5. Onion - 1 (Cut into cubes)
  6. Dark Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
  7. Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  8. Garlic powder - 1/2 tbsp
  9. White pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp
  10. Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
  11. White vinegar - 1 tsp
  12. Sugar - 1 Pinch
  13. Chinese Salt - 1 Pinch
  14. Salt - to taste
  15. Butter - 1 tsp
  16. Oil - 1 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl. Add Chicken, all veggies, all ingredients, mix well, cover & keep aside for 1 - 1/2 hr to marinade.
  2. Take sticks. Put onion, chicken, capsicum, chicken, tomato, chicken & repeat until the stick is covered.
  3. Heat a grill pan. Grease oil.
  4. Put chicken sticks one by one & let fry on low flame.
  5. Turn chicken sticks & fry until done.
  6. Serve hot with ketchup.
