- Boneless Chicken - 2 Breasts (Cut into cubes)
- Barbecue Sticks - as required
- Capsicum - 2 (Cut into cubes)
- Tomato - 1 (Cut into cubes)
- Onion - 1 (Cut into cubes)
- Dark Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Garlic powder - 1/2 tbsp
- White pepper powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
- White vinegar - 1 tsp
- Sugar - 1 Pinch
- Chinese Salt - 1 Pinch
- Salt - to taste
- Butter - 1 tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Take a bowl. Add Chicken, all veggies, all ingredients, mix well, cover & keep aside for 1 - 1/2 hr to marinade.
- Take sticks. Put onion, chicken, capsicum, chicken, tomato, chicken & repeat until the stick is covered.
- Heat a grill pan. Grease oil.
- Put chicken sticks one by one & let fry on low flame.
- Turn chicken sticks & fry until done.
- Serve hot with ketchup.
