बचे हुए चावलो से बनाये स्वादिष्ट चावल के पापड़ || CHAWAL KE MASALA PAPAD BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 10-15 Mins
- SERVINGS: 4-5
- Cooked Rice - 1 Cup
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - Less than 1/4 tsp
- Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
- Carrom seeds - 1 tsp
- Soda Bicarb - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - for frying
METHOD:
- Take a mixer jar. Add cooked rice, little water & grind finely.
- Take a vessel. Add 2 glasses of water. Add all ingredients. Add soda bicarb & mix well.
- Add ground rice & mix well. There shouldn't be lumps in it.
- Cook the mixture on high flame.
- Cook the mixture until it starts boiling. Turn off the flame.
- Take some amount of mixture in a spoon spread it on the plastic & keep aside under sunlight until it dries.
- Heat oil in a karahi. Put papad one by one, fry until done.
- Fry on medium-low flame.
- Serve hot with dal & rice.
