बचे हुए चावलो से बनाये स्वादिष्ट चावल के पापड़ || CHAWAL KE MASALA PAPAD BY AYESHA'S WORLD


  • PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Cooked Rice - 1 Cup
  2. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  3. Sesame seeds - 1 tsp
  4. Ginger garlic paste - Less than 1/4 tsp
  5. Chilli flakes - 1 tsp
  6. Carrom seeds - 1 tsp
  7. Soda Bicarb - 1/4 tsp
  8. Salt - to taste
  9. Oil - for frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a mixer jar. Add cooked rice, little water & grind finely.
  2. Take a vessel. Add 2 glasses of water. Add all ingredients. Add soda bicarb & mix well.
  3. Add ground rice & mix well. There shouldn't be lumps in it.
  4. Cook the mixture on high flame.
  5. Cook the mixture until it starts boiling. Turn off the flame.
  6. Take some amount of mixture in a spoon spread it on the plastic & keep aside under sunlight until it dries.
  7. Heat oil in a karahi. Put papad one by one, fry until done.
  8. Fry on medium-low flame.
  9. Serve hot with dal & rice.
