SUPER TASTY LAGAN KA KEEMA || MUGHLAI DISH || LAGAN KA MUTTON KEEMA BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Mutton mince - 1/2 kg
  2. Fried Onion - 2 Big
  3. Curd - 1/2 Cup
  4. Grated Dry Coconut - 2 tbsp
  5. Poppy Seeds - 1 tbsp
  6. Chironji - 1 tbsp
  7. Milk - 1/4 Cup
  8. Saffron - 1 Pinch
  9. Shah Jeera - 1 tbsp
  10. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  11. Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  12. Cumin seeds powder - 1 tbsp
  13. Green chilli - 2 (Slited)
  14. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  15. Lemon - 1
  16. Mint leaves & Green coriander - Few
  17. Ghee - 1/2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Take a mixer jar, add fried onion, curd, & grind them into a fine paste. Add chironji, grated dry coconut, poppy seeds & grind into a fine paste.
  2. Take a cup, add milk & saffron & keep aside.
  3. Heat an aluminium vessel. Heat ghee, add shah jeera & saute.
  4. Add all spices & saute. Add ginger-garlic paste & saute.
  5. Add mince & saute on high flame.
  6. Add red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder & mix.
  7. Add green chilli, add the paste & mix well with a little water.
  8. Add chironji, grated dry coconut, poppy seeds paste. Add 1/2 a glass of water, mix & cook on low flame.
  9. Add garam masala powder, lemon juice.
  10. Add mint leaves & green coriander. Add saffron milk & mix well. Cover & cook on low flame.
  11. Place a Katori in the vessel. Heat charcoal, put oil, cover the lid & give smoke.
  12. Turn the flame off. After 2-3 mins. Serve after 5-10 mins.
  13. Serve hot with roti, paratha, naan etc. Garnish with some green coriander, fried onion, onion rings & lemon.
