BHEJA FRY RECIPE || GOAT BRAIN RECIPE || SUPER TASTY & EASY RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Goat Brain - 2
  2. Onion - 1 Big (Chopped)
  3. Tomato - 1 Small (Chopped)
  4. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  5. Black Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Fennel Seeds powder- 1/2 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  9. Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
  10. Cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
  11. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  12. Curd - 2 tbsp
  13. Kasoori Meethi - 1 tbsp
  14. Green chilli  -1 (Chopped)
  15. Green coriander - Few (Chopped)
  16. Salt - to taste
  17. Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Take a pan. Add a brain, turmeric powder, salt to taste, a little water & boil it in a pan.
  2. After 2 mins, turn it to the other side.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion & saute.
  4. Add tomato & saute. Put the lid & saute.
  5. Add all the ingredients & saute, add a little water & mix well. Saute on low flame.
  6. Add green chilli & saute.
  7. Add boiled brain in masala on low flame.
  8. Cover & cook on low flame for 2 mins.
  9. Turn the brain to the other side & cook.
  10. Make small pieces of the brain with the help of a spoon.
  11. Cover & cook on low flame.
  12. Add green coriander & mix well.
  13. Serve hot with roti etc.
