BHEJA FRY RECIPE || GOAT BRAIN RECIPE || SUPER TASTY & EASY RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
- Goat Brain - 2
- Onion - 1 Big (Chopped)
- Tomato - 1 Small (Chopped)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Black Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Fennel Seeds powder- 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
- Curd - 2 tbsp
- Kasoori Meethi - 1 tbsp
- Green chilli -1 (Chopped)
- Green coriander - Few (Chopped)
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD:
- Take a pan. Add a brain, turmeric powder, salt to taste, a little water & boil it in a pan.
- After 2 mins, turn it to the other side.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add onion & saute.
- Add tomato & saute. Put the lid & saute.
- Add all the ingredients & saute, add a little water & mix well. Saute on low flame.
- Add green chilli & saute.
- Add boiled brain in masala on low flame.
- Cover & cook on low flame for 2 mins.
- Turn the brain to the other side & cook.
- Make small pieces of the brain with the help of a spoon.
- Cover & cook on low flame.
- Add green coriander & mix well.
- Serve hot with roti etc.
