INGREDIENTS:
  1. Boiled Chicken Legs - 2 (Boil it with black pepper, garlic cloves & salt to taste)
  2. Onion  -1 Big (Chopped)
  3. Tomato - 1 Big (Chopped)
  4. Green chilli - 1 (Slited)
  5. Shah Zeera - 1 tsp
  6. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  7. Coriander powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
  8. Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  9. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. Cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
  11. Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  12. Fennel seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
  13. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  14. Kasoori Meethi - 1 tsp
  15. Carrom seeds - 1 Pinch
  16. Green Coriander - Few
  17. Curd - 3 Spoons
  18. Butter - 1 tbsp
  19. Oil - 1 1/2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add all spices & saute.
  2. Add onion & saute.
  3. Add butter & mix well.
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste & saute.
  5. Add tomato & saute. Add salt to taste & mix well.
  6. Add all masala except for kasoori methi & mix well.
  7. Add curd & saute.
  8. Add chicken stock & mix well. Cover & cook.
  9. Add Shredded chicken & mix well on high flame.
  10. Add kasoori meethi, carrom seeds & mix well.
  11. Add green coriander leaves & mix well.
  12. Add water 1/2 Cup & mix well.
  13. Cover & cook on high flame & then shift to medium to low flame.
  14. Garnish with some lemon slices.
  15. Serve hot with paratha, roti, naan, etc.
