GAUR PHALLI AUR ALOO KI SABZI || CLUSTER BEANS & POTATO RECIPE || SABZI RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins
- SERVINGS: 3-4
- Cluster Beans - 1/2 kg (Soaked in water)
- Potatoes - 3 (Cut into cubes)
- Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
- Tomato - 1 Big (Sliced)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Kitchen king masala - 1 tsp
- Green Coriander - Few
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 2 Spoons
- Heat oil in a cooker.
- Add onion & saute.
- Add tomato & saute.
- Add all masala except for kitchen king masala. Add salt to taste & mix well.
- Add a little water & mix well.
- Add gaur phalli & mix well.
- Add potato & mix well. After 2-3 mins, add kitchen king masala.
- Add green coriander & mix well. Sprinkle a little water & mix well.
- Close cooker & bring it on full pressure & cook till 1-2 whistles.
- Cook sabzi again till the water dries, turn off the flame & serve after 5 mins.
- Serve hot with dal & rice, roti, etc.
