GAUR PHALLI AUR ALOO KI SABZI || CLUSTER BEANS & POTATO RECIPE || SABZI RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Cluster Beans - 1/2 kg (Soaked in water)
  2. Potatoes - 3 (Cut into cubes)
  3. Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
  4. Tomato - 1 Big (Sliced)
  5. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  8. Kitchen king masala - 1 tsp
  9. Green Coriander - Few
  10. Salt - to taste
  11. Oil - 2 Spoons
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a cooker.
  2. Add onion & saute.
  3. Add tomato & saute.
  4. Add all masala except for kitchen king masala. Add salt to taste & mix well.
  5. Add a little water & mix well.
  6. Add gaur phalli & mix well.
  7. Add potato & mix well. After 2-3 mins, add kitchen king masala.
  8. Add green coriander & mix well. Sprinkle a little water & mix well.
  9. Close cooker & bring it on full pressure & cook till 1-2 whistles.
  10. Cook sabzi again till the water dries, turn off the flame & serve after 5 mins.
  11. Serve hot with dal & rice, roti, etc.
