HOW TO MAKE KORMA MASALA AT HOME || EID SPECIAL || MUTTON KORMA MASALA
- PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
- Dry Coconut - 1/4 (Sliced)
- Coriander seeds - 2 tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Black pepper - 1 tbsp
- Whole dry red chilli - 7-8
- Black Cardamom - 2
- Green Cardamom - 7-8
- Maze - 3 & Nutmeg - 1/2 or Maze & Nutmeg Powder - 1 tsp
- Bay Leaf - 4-5
- Fried Onion - 2 Big (Sliced)
- Citrus acid - 1 tsp
- Take a mixer, add all spices except for citrus acid & fried onion & grind into a fine powder.
- Add citrus acid & grind well.
