INGREDIENTS:
- Kala Chana - 2 Cup (Soaked in water for 4-5 hrs)
- Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
- Tomato - (Sliced)Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
- Dry coconut powder - 2 tbsp
- Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
- Green chilli - 1 (Chopped)
- Green coriander - Few
- Slat - to taste
- Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
- Heat oil in a cooker.
- Add onion & saute.
- Add tomato & saute.
- Add ginger-garlic paste & mix well.
- Add all masalas & mix well. Add little water& mix well.
- Add green chilli & mix well for another 5 mins.
- Add kala chana & mix well. Add 1/2 glass of water.
- Close the cooker, bring on full pressure on high flame & cook till 5-6 whistles.
- Mash it with the back of the ladle.
- Add a glass of water & mix well.
- Add green coriander & mix well. Cover for another 5 mins without a whistle.
- Serve hot with laccha paratha, rice & roti, etc.
