KALE CHANE KA SALAN RECIPE || CHANA MASALA RECIPE || BLACK GRAM RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Kala Chana - 2 Cup (Soaked in water for 4-5 hrs)
  2. Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
  3. Tomato - (Sliced)Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  4. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  7. Coriander powder - 2 tbsp
  8. Dry coconut powder - 2 tbsp
  9. Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
  10. Green chilli - 1 (Chopped)
  11. Green coriander - Few
  12. Slat - to taste
  13. Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a cooker.
  2. Add onion & saute.
  3. Add tomato & saute.
  4. Add ginger-garlic paste & mix well.
  5. Add all masalas & mix well. Add little water& mix well.
  6. Add green chilli & mix well for another 5 mins.
  7. Add kala chana & mix well. Add 1/2 glass of water.
  8. Close the cooker, bring on full pressure on high flame & cook till 5-6 whistles.
  9. Mash it with the back of the ladle.
  10. Add a glass of water & mix well.
  11. Add green coriander & mix well. Cover for another 5 mins without a whistle.
  12. Serve hot with laccha paratha, rice & roti, etc.
