AMBADAI (RED SORREL) KI KHATI BHAJI || GONGURA RECIPE || HYDERABADI KHATTI BHAJI

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Red Sorrel leaves - 1/2 Bunch
  2. Mutton Pieces - as required
  3. Bengal gram - 1/2 Cup (Soaked in water for 30 mins)
  4. Onion - 1 small (Chopped)
  5. Tomato - 2 Big (Cut into cubes)
  6. Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  7. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  8. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  9. Green chilli - 6-7
  10. Salt - to taste
  11. Oil - 1 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Take a cooker. Add all ingredients one by one. Add a glass of water & mix well.
  2. Close cooker, bring on full pressure, cook on high flame till 6-7 whistles.
  3. Take out the mutton pieces, & keep aside.
  4. Mix dal with the back of the ladle.
  5. Transfer the mutton pieces in a steel vessel.
  6. Transfer dal in that same vessel & mix well.
  7. Serve hot with pulao, baghara khana, rice & roti, etc.
