AMBADAI (RED SORREL) KI KHATI BHAJI || GONGURA RECIPE || HYDERABADI KHATTI BHAJI BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins
- SERVINGS: 3-4
- Red Sorrel leaves - 1/2 Bunch
- Mutton Pieces - as required
- Bengal gram - 1/2 Cup (Soaked in water for 30 mins)
- Onion - 1 small (Chopped)
- Tomato - 2 Big (Cut into cubes)
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Green chilli - 6-7
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 1 Spoon
- Take a cooker. Add all ingredients one by one. Add a glass of water & mix well.
- Close cooker, bring on full pressure, cook on high flame till 6-7 whistles.
- Take out the mutton pieces, & keep aside.
- Mix dal with the back of the ladle.
- Transfer the mutton pieces in a steel vessel.
- Transfer dal in that same vessel & mix well.
- Serve hot with pulao, baghara khana, rice & roti, etc.
