GOSHT KO EK SAAL TAK SUKHAKAR RAKHNE KA TARIKA | MUTTON SUKHA KABAB | MUTTON RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Mutton - 1 kg (Boneless)
  2. Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  3. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  4. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  5. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. Oil - 1 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Strain mutton it shouldn't contain water in it. Cut mutton as shown in the video.
  2. Add all ingredients & mix well.
  3. Take a stick or on a rope, put mutton on it & cover with a cotton cloth & keep under sunlight for 2-3 days.
  4. Cut mutton pieces in medium pieces.
  5. Transfer to another bigger plate or thal.
  6. Cover with a cotton cloth & keep under sunlight for another 2-3 days.
  7. Heat oil in a pan. Add mutton pieces one by one, stir & fry until fully done.
  8. Serve hot with dal & rice, chutneys & rice etc...
