GOSHT KO EK SAAL TAK SUKHAKAR RAKHNE KA TARIKA | MUTTON SUKHA KABAB | MUTTON RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 20 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 15 Mins
- Mutton - 1 kg (Boneless)
- Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Strain mutton it shouldn't contain water in it. Cut mutton as shown in the video.
- Add all ingredients & mix well.
- Take a stick or on a rope, put mutton on it & cover with a cotton cloth & keep under sunlight for 2-3 days.
- Cut mutton pieces in medium pieces.
- Transfer to another bigger plate or thal.
- Cover with a cotton cloth & keep under sunlight for another 2-3 days.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add mutton pieces one by one, stir & fry until fully done.
- Serve hot with dal & rice, chutneys & rice etc...
