सुबह का नाश्ता हो या बच्चों का टिफिन केवल 10 मिनट में बनाये कम तेल में नाश्ता || APPE || UPPAM RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

  • PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
  • COOKING TIME: 20-25 Mins
INGREDIENTS:
  1. Dosa Batter - as required
  2. Onion - 1 Big (Chopped)
  3. Green Chilli - 3-4 (Chopped)
  4. Green Coriander - 1/2 Cup
  5. Curry Leaves - 1 Sprig
  6. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Cumin & Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
  8. Soda Bi-Carb - 1/4 tsp
  9. Salt - To Taste
  10. Oil - as required
    METHOD:
    1. Take a bowl, add dosa batter, all ingredients, add a little water & mix well.
    2. Heat an Appe pan, add oil in each shape.
    3. Take some batter & put in each shape, place the lid & & cook.
    4. After 1-2 mins, add a little oil & turn them over. Let them cook from another side.
    5. Take out once done.
    6. Serve hot with green chutney, onion chutney or peanut chutney.
