METHOD:
सुबह का नाश्ता हो या बच्चों का टिफिन केवल 10 मिनट में बनाये कम तेल में नाश्ता || APPE || UPPAM RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 20-25 Mins
- Dosa Batter - as required
- Onion - 1 Big (Chopped)
- Green Chilli - 3-4 (Chopped)
- Green Coriander - 1/2 Cup
- Curry Leaves - 1 Sprig
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin & Mustard Seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Soda Bi-Carb - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - as required
- Take a bowl, add dosa batter, all ingredients, add a little water & mix well.
- Heat an Appe pan, add oil in each shape.
- Take some batter & put in each shape, place the lid & & cook.
- After 1-2 mins, add a little oil & turn them over. Let them cook from another side.
- Take out once done.
- Serve hot with green chutney, onion chutney or peanut chutney.
