INGREDIENTS:
  1. Long Green Chilli - 250 gms
  2. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  3. Nigella Seeds - 1/2 tsp
  4. Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
  5. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  6. Lemon Juice - 1/2
  7. Salt - To Taste
  8. Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a karahi. Heat it till smoke point.
  2. Add cumin seeds & saute.
  3. Add nigella seeds & saute.
  4. Add asafoetida & saute.
  5. Add long green chillies & saute.
  6. Add turmeric powder & saute.
  7. Add salt & mix well on high flame.
  8. Serve it after 2 mins of sauteing.
