- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Nigella Seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Asafoetida - 1 Pinch
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Lemon Juice - 1/2
- Salt - To Taste
- Mustard Oil - 2 tbsp
- Heat oil in a karahi. Heat it till smoke point.
- Add cumin seeds & saute.
- Add nigella seeds & saute.
- Add asafoetida & saute.
- Add long green chillies & saute.
- Add turmeric powder & saute.
- Add salt & mix well on high flame.
- Serve it after 2 mins of sauteing.
