4 CUP GEHU KE ATE SE BANAYE  1 KG CHAKLI || DIWALI SPECIAL GEHU KI  CHAKLI || SNACKS RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Wheat Flour - 4 Cups
  2. Rice Flour - 1 Cup
  3. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Red Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  5. Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
  6. Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
  7. Cumin & Carom seeds - 1/2 tsp
  8. Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
  9. Salt - To Taste
  10. Oil - For Frying
    METHOD:
    1. Take a vessel, transfer flour into it & cover it with a cloth.
    2. Take another vessel, add some water, place a stand in it & keep the vessel on it.
    3. Put the lid & cook for 20-25 mins on high flame. 
    4. Sieve flour, add all ingredients & mix well.
    5. Add water & knead a dough, divide the dough into equal parts.
    6. Spread some oil on palms,  Put the dough in chakli maker & give the shape of chakli.
    7. Heat oil in a karahi, put chakli one by one & fry until it turns golden brown, keep the flame on medium-low while frying.
    8. Serve hot.
