METHOD:
4 CUP GEHU KE ATE SE BANAYE 1 KG CHAKLI || DIWALI SPECIAL GEHU KI CHAKLI || SNACKS RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 40-45 Mins
- SERVINGS: 3-4
- Wheat Flour - 4 Cups
- Rice Flour - 1 Cup
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tbsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Cumin & Carom seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - For Frying
- Take a vessel, transfer flour into it & cover it with a cloth.
- Take another vessel, add some water, place a stand in it & keep the vessel on it.
- Put the lid & cook for 20-25 mins on high flame.
- Sieve flour, add all ingredients & mix well.
- Add water & knead a dough, divide the dough into equal parts.
- Spread some oil on palms, Put the dough in chakli maker & give the shape of chakli.
- Heat oil in a karahi, put chakli one by one & fry until it turns golden brown, keep the flame on medium-low while frying.
- Serve hot.
