BINA PAANI NICHODE BANAYE MAZEDAR MOOLI KE PARATHE || WINTER SPECIAL || PARATHA RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Grated Raddish - 5 Small
  2. Wheat Flour - as required
  3. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  4. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Sabzi masala - 1/2 tsp
  6. Cumin & Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  7. Coarsely Grounded Coriander Powder - 1/2 tsp
  8. Grated Ginger - 1 tsp
  9. Carom Seeds - 1 Pinch
  10. Green Chilli - 3 (Chopped)
  11. Curry Leaves - Few
  12. Green Coriander - Few (Chopped)
  13. Salt - To taste
  14. Oil - 1 tbsp
    METHOD:
    1. Heat oil in a pan. Add all ingredients, salt & mix well.
    2. Turn off the flame & let it cool at room temperature.
    3. Add coriander powder, green coriander & mix well.
    4. Knead a little hard dough off, make small dough pieces & keep aside.
    5. Dust some wheat flour, roll the dough piece & give shape.
    6. Make two roti of the same size & keep aside, take some raddish mixture & place on roti, place another same size roti piece on it & roll it again & give the shape of paratha.
    7. Place a pan, put paratha & let it cook until done.
    8. Serve hot with achar, etc.
