PAKE HUYE KELON SE BANAYE TEA TIME SNACK || EVENING BANANA SNACK || SNACKS RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Ripe Banana - 2
  2. Bread - 6-7 (Grind it & make crumbs)
  3. Grated or Desiccated Coconut - 1/2 Cup
  4. Green Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
  5. Dry Fruits - as required
  6. Sugar - 1 1/2 Cup
  7. Salt - to taste
  8. Ghee - For frying
    METHOD:
    1. Take a bowl, peel & mash bananas.
    2. Take a mixer jar, add sugar, desiccated coconut, green cardamom powder, & grind it.
    3. Add grounded mixture in mashed bananas & mix well.
    4. Add dry fruits & mix well.
    5. Heat ghee in a pan. Spread some ghee on both palms, take some mixture & give shape.
    6. Put it on the pan & let it cook until done inside out.
    7. Serve hot.
