METHOD:
PAKE HUYE KELON SE BANAYE TEA TIME SNACK || EVENING BANANA SNACK || SNACKS RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 20-25 Mins
- SERVINGS: 3-4
- Ripe Banana - 2
- Bread - 6-7 (Grind it & make crumbs)
- Grated or Desiccated Coconut - 1/2 Cup
- Green Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
- Dry Fruits - as required
- Sugar - 1 1/2 Cup
- Salt - to taste
- Ghee - For frying
- Take a bowl, peel & mash bananas.
- Take a mixer jar, add sugar, desiccated coconut, green cardamom powder, & grind it.
- Add grounded mixture in mashed bananas & mix well.
- Add dry fruits & mix well.
- Heat ghee in a pan. Spread some ghee on both palms, take some mixture & give shape.
- Put it on the pan & let it cook until done inside out.
- Serve hot.
