SUPER TASTY TAMATAR AUR HARI MIRCH KI CHUTNEY || BEST APPETISER || CHUTNEY RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Tomatoes - 1/2 Kg (Cut into cubes)
  2. Garlic Cloves - 8-10
  3. Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp
  4. Green Chilli - 8-10
  5. Curry Leaves - 3-4 Sprig
  6. Tamarind - small piece
  7. Salt - To taste
  8. Oil - 3 tbsp
FOR TEMPERING:
  1. Garlic Cloves - 8-10
  2. Curry Leaves - 2 Sprig
  3. Whole dry red chilli - 4
  4. Cumin & Mustard Seeds - 1 tbsp
  5. Carom Seeds - 1 Pinch
  6. Fenugreek Seeds - Less than 1/2 tsp
    METHOD:
    1. Heat oil - 1 tbsp in a karahi. add garlic cloves, green chilli & saute.
    2. Add cumin seeds , curry leaves & saute. Keep aside.
    3. Heat a karahi, add tomatoes, tamarind, salt & saute, put the lid & cook on high flame.
    4. Once the water of tomatoes dries, turn off the flame. Let it cool at room temperature.
    5. Take a mixer jar, add sauted garlic cloves, green chilli, curry leaves, cumin seeds & grind them, in the same jar, add sauted tomatoes & grind them together.
    6. Heat oil - 2 tbsp, add tempering one by one & saute.
    7. Turn the flame to slow, add grounded tomato, put the lid. Saute them together.
    8. Put the lid & cook.
    9. Serve with rice, roti etc.
