HOW TO MAKE MAKAI KA CHIVDA AT HOME || CHIVDA RECIPE || CORN FLAKES CHIVDA BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Corn Poha Flakes - 4 Cups
  2. Peanuts - 1/4 Cup
  3. Roasted Chana Dal - 1/4 Cup
  4. Raisins - as required
  5. Dry Coconut - as required
  6. Cashew nuts - as required
  7. Curry Leaves - 2 Sprig
  8. Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  9. Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp
  10. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  11. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  12. Powdered Sugar - 1 tsp
  13. Salt - To Taste
  14. Oil - 2 tbsp
  15. Oil - For Frying
    METHOD:
    1. Heat oil in a karahi, fry peanuts, roasted chana dal, raisins, dry coconut, cashew nuts, curry leaves & corn poha flakes.
    2. Heat oil in a karahi. Add mustard seeds & saute.
    3. Add coriander seeds & saute.
    4. Add turmeric powder & saute.
    5. Add red chilli powder & saute.
    6. Add fried chivda & saute.
    7. Add salt to taste & mix well.
    8. Add powdered sugar & mix well.
    9. Serve hot & store in an airtight container.
