HOW TO MAKE MAKAI KA CHIVDA AT HOME || CHIVDA RECIPE || CORN FLAKES CHIVDA BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins
- SERVINGS: 3-4
- Corn Poha Flakes - 4 Cups
- Peanuts - 1/4 Cup
- Roasted Chana Dal - 1/4 Cup
- Raisins - as required
- Dry Coconut - as required
- Cashew nuts - as required
- Curry Leaves - 2 Sprig
- Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
- Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Powdered Sugar - 1 tsp
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Oil - For Frying
- Heat oil in a karahi, fry peanuts, roasted chana dal, raisins, dry coconut, cashew nuts, curry leaves & corn poha flakes.
- Heat oil in a karahi. Add mustard seeds & saute.
- Add coriander seeds & saute.
- Add turmeric powder & saute.
- Add red chilli powder & saute.
- Add fried chivda & saute.
- Add salt to taste & mix well.
- Add powdered sugar & mix well.
- Serve hot & store in an airtight container.
