INGREDIENTS:
  1. Jaggery - 200 gms
  2. Makhane - 20 gms
  3. Grated Coconut - 1 Cup
  4. Dry Dates - 5 (Chopped)
  5. Almonds - 1/2 Cup
  6. Muskmelon Seeds - 1/2 Cup
  7. Cashewnuts  - 1/2 Cup
  8. Raisins - 1 tbsp
  9. Black Raisins - 1 tbsp
  10. Sesame Seeds - 1 tbsp
  11. Carom Seeds - 1 tsp
  12. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  13. Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
  14. Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp
  15. Powdered Sugar - 1 tbsp
  16. Dry Ginger Powder - 1/2 tsp
  17. Ghee - 1/2 Cup
    METHOD:
    1. Grind carom, cumin, fennel, coriander seeds, into a fine powder.
    2. Heat ghee - 2 tbsp in a karahi, add makhane & saute.
    3. Heat ghee - 2 tbsp in a  karahi, add almonds, dates, cashews, coconut, muskmelon seeds & saute.
    4. Add raisins, black raisins, carom seeds & saute.
    5. Add grounded powder, mix well together & saute for 5-6 mins. Turn off the flame & saute.
    6. Heat ghee - 1 tbsp, add jaggery, water - 1 cup & mix well.
    7. Mix sauteed makhane with sauteed dry fruits.
    8. Add 1/2 of the mixture in jaggery & mix well.
    9. After 2 mins, turn off the flame.
    10. Serve hot.
    11. In another half of the mixture, add powdered sugar & mix well.
