METHOD:

- PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 20-25 Mins
- Jaggery - 200 gms
- Makhane - 20 gms
- Grated Coconut - 1 Cup
- Dry Dates - 5 (Chopped)
- Almonds - 1/2 Cup
- Muskmelon Seeds - 1/2 Cup
- Cashewnuts - 1/2 Cup
- Raisins - 1 tbsp
- Black Raisins - 1 tbsp
- Sesame Seeds - 1 tbsp
- Carom Seeds - 1 tsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Fennel Seeds - 1 tsp
- Coriander Seeds - 1 tsp
- Powdered Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Dry Ginger Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Ghee - 1/2 Cup
- Grind carom, cumin, fennel, coriander seeds, into a fine powder.
- Heat ghee - 2 tbsp in a karahi, add makhane & saute.
- Heat ghee - 2 tbsp in a karahi, add almonds, dates, cashews, coconut, muskmelon seeds & saute.
- Add raisins, black raisins, carom seeds & saute.
- Add grounded powder, mix well together & saute for 5-6 mins. Turn off the flame & saute.
- Heat ghee - 1 tbsp, add jaggery, water - 1 cup & mix well.
- Mix sauteed makhane with sauteed dry fruits.
- Add 1/2 of the mixture in jaggery & mix well.
- After 2 mins, turn off the flame.
- Serve hot.
- In another half of the mixture, add powdered sugar & mix well.
