METHOD:
OH MY GOD! CHICKEN SEEKH KABAB WITHOUT TANDOOR, OVEN & SEEKH || SEEKH KABAB RECIPE || KABAB RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 20-25 Mins
- SERVINGS: 3-4
- Chicken Breasts - 3 (Cut into cubes)
- Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Coarsely grounded Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Korma Masala - 1 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
- Roasted Gram flour - 1 tbsp
- Green Coriander - Few
- Mint Leaves - Few
- Salt - To taste
- Oil - For frying
- Coarsely grind chicken, transfer in a bowl, add all ingredients & mix well.
- Add roasted gram flour & mix well, keep aside in refrigerator to marinade.
- After 4-5 hrs, mix the mixture once again.
- Spread oil on both palms, on the ladle, take some mixture & press against ladle & give the shape of seekh kabab. Slowly take it out.
- Heat a pan, add oil, put kabab one by one & let them fry until done inside out.
- Serve hot with pudiney ki chutney, mint leaves, paratha, laccha paratha, etc.
