OH MY GOD! CHICKEN SEEKH KABAB WITHOUT TANDOOR, OVEN & SEEKH || SEEKH KABAB RECIPE || KABAB RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chicken Breasts - 3 (Cut into cubes)
  2. Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  3. Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  4. Coarsely grounded Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  5. Korma Masala - 1 1/2 tsp
  6. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  7. Roasted Gram flour - 1 tbsp
  8. Green Coriander - Few
  9. Mint Leaves - Few
  10. Salt - To taste
  11. Oil - For frying
    METHOD:
    1.  Coarsely grind chicken, transfer in a bowl, add all ingredients & mix well.
    2. Add roasted gram flour & mix well, keep aside in refrigerator to marinade.
    3. After 4-5 hrs, mix the mixture once again.
    4. Spread oil on both palms, on the ladle, take some mixture & press against ladle & give the shape of seekh kabab. Slowly take it out.
    5. Heat a pan, add oil, put kabab one by one & let them fry until done inside out.
    6. Serve hot with pudiney ki chutney, mint leaves, paratha, laccha paratha, etc.
