INGREDIENTS:
  1. Semolina - 1 Cup
  2. Milk - 1/2 Cup
  3. Desiccated Coconut - 1/2 Cup
  4. Green Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
  5. Orange Food Colour - 1 Pinch
  6. Powdered Sugar - 1/2 Cup
  7. Ghee - 1 tsp
    METHOD:
    1. Heat semolina in a pan & saute on low flame for 5-6 mins.
    2. Add milk & mix well. Turn off the flame when semolina turns sticky.
    3. Transfer it to a plate. Add ghee & knead it into a dough.
    4. Add desiccated coconut (Save some for coating) & mix well.
    5. Add green cardamom powder & mix well.
    6. Add orange food color & mix well.
    7. Ass powdered sugar & mix well.
    8. Spread ghee on both palms, take some mixture& give shape.
    9. Take a strainer, place all rawa balls on it.
    10. Boil water in a vessel & place the strainer on it, put lid & steam the rawa balls.
    11. Let them cool at room temperature.
    12. Coat them with desiccated coconut when lukewarm.
