METHOD:

- PREPARATION TIME: 15 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 20-25 Mins
- SERVINGS: 3-4
- Semolina - 1 Cup
- Milk - 1/2 Cup
- Desiccated Coconut - 1/2 Cup
- Green Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
- Orange Food Colour - 1 Pinch
- Powdered Sugar - 1/2 Cup
- Ghee - 1 tsp
- Heat semolina in a pan & saute on low flame for 5-6 mins.
- Add milk & mix well. Turn off the flame when semolina turns sticky.
- Transfer it to a plate. Add ghee & knead it into a dough.
- Add desiccated coconut (Save some for coating) & mix well.
- Add green cardamom powder & mix well.
- Add orange food color & mix well.
- Ass powdered sugar & mix well.
- Spread ghee on both palms, take some mixture& give shape.
- Take a strainer, place all rawa balls on it.
- Boil water in a vessel & place the strainer on it, put lid & steam the rawa balls.
- Let them cool at room temperature.
- Coat them with desiccated coconut when lukewarm.
