- Chicken Breasts (Mince) - 2
- Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
- Tomatoes - 2 Big (Sliced)
- Green Peas - 1 Cup
- Capsicum - 1 Cup (Chopped)
- Curd 2 tbsp
- Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
- Big green chilli - 2
- Green coriander - 1/2 cup
- Kasoori methi - 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Shah jeera - 1 tsp
- Green cardamom - 2
- Cloves - 3
- Cinnamon stick - 1/2
- Black pepper - 1 tsp
- Bay leaf - 2
- Salt - to taste
- Ghee - 1/2 Spoon
- Oil - 2 Spoon
- Heat oil & ghee in a cooker. Add all spices except for cloves & saute.
- Add onion & saute. Take out some for garnishing.
- Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato & saute.
- Add green chilli & saute.
- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder & salt to taste.
- Add Curd with a little water & mix well.
- Low the flame & add mince & mix well. Add a glass of water. Put the lid & cook for 2-3 whistles.
- Add green peas & capsicum & mix well.
- Add green coriander. Add garam masala powder & mix well.
- Add black pepper, Kasoori methi & mix well.
- Cover & cook till 2-3 whistles.
- Garnish with fried onion, coriander, lemon slices.
- Serve hot with naan, paratha, dal & rice, pav, etc.
