MURG MATAR KEEMA || KEEMA RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chicken Breasts (Mince) - 2
  2. Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
  3. Tomatoes - 2 Big (Sliced)
  4. Green Peas - 1 Cup
  5. Capsicum - 1 Cup (Chopped)
  6. Curd 2 tbsp
  7. Red Chilli powder - 1 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Coriander powder - 2 tsp
  10. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  11. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  12. Big green chilli - 2
  13. Green coriander - 1/2 cup
  14. Kasoori methi - 1 tbsp
  15. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  16. Shah jeera - 1 tsp
  17. Green cardamom - 2
  18. Cloves - 3
  19. Cinnamon stick - 1/2
  20. Black pepper - 1 tsp
  21. Bay leaf - 2
  22. Salt - to taste
  23. Ghee - 1/2 Spoon
  24. Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil & ghee in a cooker. Add all spices except for cloves & saute.
  2. Add onion & saute. Take out some for garnishing.
  3. Add ginger-garlic paste, tomato & saute.
  4. Add green chilli & saute.
  5. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder & salt to taste.
  6. Add Curd with a little water & mix well.
  7. Low the flame & add mince & mix well. Add a glass of water. Put the lid & cook for 2-3 whistles.
  8. Add green peas & capsicum & mix well.
  9. Add green coriander. Add garam masala powder & mix well.
  10. Add black pepper, Kasoori methi & mix well.
  11. Cover & cook till 2-3 whistles.
  12. Garnish with fried onion, coriander, lemon slices.
  13. Serve hot with naan, paratha, dal & rice, pav, etc.
