RED CHICKEN FRY || CHICKEN RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chicken - 1 Kg
  2. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  3. Jaljira powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Garam Masala Powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Ginger - Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  6. Tomato red food color - 3-4 drops
  7. Gram flour - 2 tbsp
  8. Plain flour - 2 tbs
  9. Green chilli - 2 (Chopped)
  10. Lemon - 1/2
  11. Green coriander
  12. Salt - To taste
  13. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl. Add Chicken, all ingredients & mix well.
  2. Add oil 2 tbsp & mix well. Cover & keep in the refrigerator for 1 hour to marinate.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Put Chicken one by one & fry on medium flame.
  4. Sprinkle Jaljira masala before serving.
