KASOORI MEETHI ALOO GRAVY || VEG RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

- Potatoes - 4 (Small Cubes)
- Onion - 1 Large (Chopped)
- Tomato - 1 Large (Chopped)
- Green Chili - 2-3
- Kasoori methi - 1 tbsp
- Ginger - Garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
- Dry Coconut powder - 1 tbsp
- Cumin Seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Green Coriander - 1/4 Cup
- Curd - 1/2 Cup
- Salt - To Taste
- Oil - 2 Spoon
- Heat oil in a cooker. Add Cumin Seeds, Onion & saute for 2-3 mins.
- Add Ginger-Garlic paste, tomato & saute for 2-3 mins.
- Add all masalas & saute.
- Add Curd & stir well.
- Add Green Chilli & mix.
- Add potatoes after 2-3 mins & mix well.
- Add Kasoori methi & mix well.
- Add a glass of water & stir well.
- Cover & cook till 2-3 whistles. Mash potatoes with a spoon & mix well.
- Add 1/2 glass of water & mix.
- Cover & cook without whistle for 5 mins on low flame.
- Serve hot with puri, paratha, etc.
