KASOORI MEETHI ALOO GRAVY || VEG RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Potatoes - 4 (Small Cubes)
  2. Onion - 1 Large (Chopped)
  3. Tomato - 1 Large (Chopped)
  4. Green Chili - 2-3
  5. Kasoori methi - 1 tbsp
  6. Ginger - Garlic paste - 1 tsp
  7. Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
  8. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. Garam masala powder - 1/4 tsp
  11. Dry Coconut powder - 1 tbsp
  12. Cumin Seeds - 1/4 tsp
  13. Green Coriander - 1/4 Cup
  14. Curd - 1/2 Cup
  15. Salt - To Taste
  16. Oil - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a cooker. Add Cumin Seeds, Onion & saute for 2-3 mins.
  2. Add Ginger-Garlic paste, tomato & saute for 2-3 mins.
  3. Add all masalas & saute.
  4. Add Curd & stir well.
  5. Add Green Chilli & mix.
  6. Add potatoes after 2-3 mins & mix well.
  7. Add Kasoori methi & mix well.
  8. Add a glass of water & stir well.
  9. Cover & cook till 2-3 whistles. Mash potatoes with a spoon & mix well.
  10. Add 1/2 glass of water & mix.
  11. Cover & cook without whistle for 5 mins on low flame.
  12. Serve hot with puri, paratha, etc.
