GAUR PHALLI (CLUSTER BEANS) & ALOO KA TALIMPU

INGREDIENTS:
- Potatoes - 2 Big (Chopped)
- Cluster beans - 250 gms
- Peanuts (Dry roast) - 200 gms
- Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
- Garlic cloves - 10-12
- Salt to taste
- Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
- Mustard & Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 2-3 Sprig
- Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD:
- Take a mixer jar. Add Garlic cloves, peanuts, red chilli powder, salt to taste & coarsely ground it. Take out & mix well with hands.
- Heat oil in a cooking pot. Add the tempering & saute.
- Add potato & saute.
- Add cluster beans & saute.
- Add salt to taste, cover & cook.
- Turn off the flame. Let it cool at room temperature.
- Add Peanut mixture & mix them well together.
- Serve hot with Roti, Dal & Rice, etc.
