GAUR PHALLI (CLUSTER BEANS) & ALOO KA TALIMPU

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Potatoes - 2 Big (Chopped)
  2. Cluster beans - 250 gms
  3. Peanuts (Dry roast) - 200 gms
  4. Red chilli powder - 1 tbsp
  5. Garlic cloves - 10-12
  6. Salt to taste
FOR TEMPERING:
  1. Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
  2. Mustard & Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  3. Curry leaves - 2-3 Sprig
  4. Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Take a mixer jar. Add Garlic cloves, peanuts, red chilli powder, salt to taste & coarsely ground it. Take out & mix well with hands.
  2. Heat oil in a cooking pot. Add the tempering & saute.
  3. Add potato & saute.
  4. Add cluster beans & saute.
  5. Add salt to taste, cover & cook.
  6. Turn off the flame. Let it cool at room temperature.
  7. Add Peanut mixture & mix them well together.
  8. Serve hot with Roti, Dal & Rice, etc.
