MUTTON KACCHA KABAB FRY || MUTTON RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Mutton - 1/2 kg (Small cubes)
  2. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  3. Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  4. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  5. Garam masala powder - less than 1/4 tsp
  6. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  7. Curry leaves - few
  8. Green chilli - 2
  9. Salt - to taste
  10. Oil - 1 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl. Add mutton, turmeric, red chilli, garam masala powders, ginger garlic paste, salt & mix well. Keep 1/2 hr for marination.
  2. Put in a cooker & cook till 3-4 whistles.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin, green chilli, curry leaves & saute.
  4. Add boiled mutton & saute. Cover & cook. Cook mutton on low flame till it gets golden brown.
  5. Add green coriander, cover & cook on low flame for about 5-6 mins.
  6. Garnish with lemon, onion slices & green coriander.
  7. Serve hot.
