MUTTON KACCHA KABAB FRY || MUTTON RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 10 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 15-20 Mins

- Mutton - 1/2 kg (Small cubes)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala powder - less than 1/4 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - few
- Green chilli - 2
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Take a bowl. Add mutton, turmeric, red chilli, garam masala powders, ginger garlic paste, salt & mix well. Keep 1/2 hr for marination.
- Put in a cooker & cook till 3-4 whistles.
- Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin, green chilli, curry leaves & saute.
- Add boiled mutton & saute. Cover & cook. Cook mutton on low flame till it gets golden brown.
- Add green coriander, cover & cook on low flame for about 5-6 mins.
- Garnish with lemon, onion slices & green coriander.
- Serve hot.
