- Chicken Pieces - 1/2 kg
- Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
- Tomatoes - 3 Big (Medium)
- Big green chilli - 3-4
- Curd - 1 cup
- Black pepper powder - 2 tsp
- Crushed Black Pepper - 1 1/2 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp (Dry roasted & coarsely grind)
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - less than 1/4 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Green coriander - 3-4
- Ginger julienne - as required
- Oil - 1 Spoon
- Ghee - 1/2Spoon
- Take a mixer jar. Add tomatoes, big green chillies & grind. Add Curd & grind to a paste.
- Heat Oil, Ghee in a cooking pot. Add Onion & saute.
- Add ginger garlic paste & saute.
- Add Chicken & saute.
- After 3-4 mins, add paste & stir well.
- Add Cumin, Coriander, Black pepper powder, Crushed Black pepper & salt to taste.
- Add little water & cover & cook.
- Add Garam masala powder, kasoori methi, green coriander, ginger julienne, big green chilli 1 chopped cover & cook for another 10-15 mins.
- Add 1/2 glass of water. Cover & cook on low flame for about 10-15 mins.
- Serve hot with naan, paratha etc.
