INGREDIENTS:
  1. Chicken Pieces - 1/2 kg 
  2. Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
  3. Tomatoes - 3 Big (Medium)
  4. Big green chilli - 3-4
  5. Curd - 1 cup
  6. Black pepper powder - 2 tsp
  7. Crushed Black Pepper - 1 1/2 tsp
  8. Cumin powder -  1 tsp
  9. Coriander powder - 2 tsp (Dry roasted & coarsely grind)
  10. Cumin powder - 1 tsp
  11. Garam masala powder - less than 1/4 tsp
  12. Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  13. Kasoori methi - 1 tsp
  14. Salt - to taste
  15. Green coriander - 3-4
  16. Ginger julienne - as required
  17. Oil - 1 Spoon
  18. Ghee - 1/2Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Take a mixer jar. Add tomatoes, big green chillies & grind. Add Curd & grind to a paste.
  2. Heat Oil, Ghee in a cooking pot. Add Onion & saute.
  3. Add ginger garlic paste & saute.
  4. Add Chicken & saute.
  5. After 3-4 mins, add paste & stir well.
  6. Add Cumin, Coriander, Black pepper powder, Crushed Black pepper & salt to taste.
  7. Add little water & cover & cook.
  8. Add Garam masala powder, kasoori methi, green coriander, ginger julienne, big green chilli 1 chopped cover & cook for another 10-15 mins.
  9. Add 1/2 glass of water. Cover & cook on low flame for about 10-15 mins.
  10. Serve hot with naan, paratha etc.
