TANDOORI CHICKEN PARATHA ROLL || PARATHA ROLL BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:

FOR FILLING:
  1. Chicken Breasts - 2 (Cubes)
  2. Red & Yellow Bell Pepper - 1 (Sliced)
  3. Capsicum - 1 (Sliced)
  4. Cabbage - (Sliced)
  5. Tandoori chicken masala - 1 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
  7. Garam masala powder - less than 1/4 tsp
  8. Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
  9. Chat masala - 1/4 tsp
  10. Salt - to taste
  11. Curd - 2 tbsp
  12. Lemon - 1/2
  13. Butter - 1 tsp
  14. Oil - 2 tbsp
FOR PARATHA:
  1. Plain flour - 1/2 kg
  2. Wheat flour - 1 Cup
  3. Curd - 1 tbsp
  4. Sugar - 1 tsp
  5. Salt - to taste
  6. Oil - 1 tbsp
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl. Add all ingredients of paratha add water & knead into a soft dough.
  2. Spread some oil on dough, cover & keep for 1/2 hr to rest.
  3. Take a bowl. Add Chicken, red chilli, tandoori masala, garam masala powders, ginger garlic paste, curd, lemon, salt to taste & keep aside for 1/2 hr to marinate.
  4. Heat Oil & Butter in a pan. Add Chicken & mix well. Cover & cook.
  5. Turn off the flame. Place a Coal piece & pour hot oil (few drops) & cover.
  6. In the same pan add the veggies & saute for 2-3 mins. Keep aside.
  7. Knead the dough for once. Take equal portions & shape them.
  8. Take a dough piece. Dust wheat flour & roll the paratha.
  9. Spread Oil, dust some wheat flour & fold the paratha as shown in the video. Do the same for all & keep aside.
  10. Dust Wheat flour & roll the paratha again.
  11. Heat a pan. Put paratha & cook. Apply Oil on both sides & cook.
  12. Add Veggies in Chicken & mix them both well. Add Chat masala & mix them
  13. Spread Ketchup, butter on paratha. Put the filling & roll the paratha.
  14. Serve hot.
