TANDOORI CHICKEN PARATHA ROLL || PARATHA ROLL BY AYESHA'S WORLD

FOR FILLING:
- Chicken Breasts - 2 (Cubes)
- Red & Yellow Bell Pepper - 1 (Sliced)
- Capsicum - 1 (Sliced)
- Cabbage - (Sliced)
- Tandoori chicken masala - 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder - less than 1/4 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
- Chat masala - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Curd - 2 tbsp
- Lemon - 1/2
- Butter - 1 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Plain flour - 1/2 kg
- Wheat flour - 1 Cup
- Curd - 1 tbsp
- Sugar - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Take a bowl. Add all ingredients of paratha add water & knead into a soft dough.
- Spread some oil on dough, cover & keep for 1/2 hr to rest.
- Take a bowl. Add Chicken, red chilli, tandoori masala, garam masala powders, ginger garlic paste, curd, lemon, salt to taste & keep aside for 1/2 hr to marinate.
- Heat Oil & Butter in a pan. Add Chicken & mix well. Cover & cook.
- Turn off the flame. Place a Coal piece & pour hot oil (few drops) & cover.
- In the same pan add the veggies & saute for 2-3 mins. Keep aside.
- Knead the dough for once. Take equal portions & shape them.
- Take a dough piece. Dust wheat flour & roll the paratha.
- Spread Oil, dust some wheat flour & fold the paratha as shown in the video. Do the same for all & keep aside.
- Dust Wheat flour & roll the paratha again.
- Heat a pan. Put paratha & cook. Apply Oil on both sides & cook.
- Add Veggies in Chicken & mix them both well. Add Chat masala & mix them
- Spread Ketchup, butter on paratha. Put the filling & roll the paratha.
- Serve hot.
