KHOPRE KA KHATTA || KHATTTA BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Dry Coconut - 1/2 (Sliced)
  2. Green chilli - 10-12
  3. Onion - 1 Big (Cubes)
  4. Tamarind - 10 gms (Soak in water)
FOR TEMPERING:
  1. Onion - 1 Medium (Sliced)
  2. Curry leaves - 2 Sprig
  3. Dry red chilli - 2
  4. Cumin & Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
  5. Oil - 1 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Take a mixer jar. Add dry coconut, water 1/2 glass & finely grind.
  2. Add Green chilli & grind. Add onion & grind.
  3. Take a bowl. Put the ground paste, tamarind water & mix well.
  4. Add salt to taste, 2 Glass of water & mix.
  5. Heat oil in a cooking pot. Add onion & saute.
  6. Add mustard & cumin seeds, dry red chilli & saute.
  7. Add curry leaves & saute. Add the khatta.
  8. Cover & cook on high flame.
  9. Serve hot with Khichdi, plain rice.
