- Dry Coconut - 1/2 (Sliced)
- Green chilli - 10-12
- Onion - 1 Big (Cubes)
- Tamarind - 10 gms (Soak in water)
- Onion - 1 Medium (Sliced)
- Curry leaves - 2 Sprig
- Dry red chilli - 2
- Cumin & Mustard seeds - 1 tbsp
- Oil - 1 Spoon
METHOD:
- Take a mixer jar. Add dry coconut, water 1/2 glass & finely grind.
- Add Green chilli & grind. Add onion & grind.
- Take a bowl. Put the ground paste, tamarind water & mix well.
- Add salt to taste, 2 Glass of water & mix.
- Heat oil in a cooking pot. Add onion & saute.
- Add mustard & cumin seeds, dry red chilli & saute.
- Add curry leaves & saute. Add the khatta.
- Cover & cook on high flame.
- Serve hot with Khichdi, plain rice.
