IDLI, DOSA KE SAATH KHAYE JAANE WALI CHUTNEY | MOONGPHALLI, KHOPRA, CHANA DAL CHUTNEY BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Peanuts - As Required
  2. Chana Dal - As Required
  3. Coconut - As Required
  4. Green Chillies - 10-12
  5. Garlic Cloves - 8-10
  6. Oil - 2 tbsp
FOR TEMPERING:
  1. Oil - 1 tbsp
  2. Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp
  3. Whole Dry Red Chillies - 2
  4. Curry Leaves - Few
METHOD:
  1. Take a bowl, add all the ingredients (1-3) all the 3 in equal quantity.
  2. Take a pan, add oil. Add peanuts & saute on medium-low flame.
  3. After 1-2 mins, take it out.
  4. Add chana dal & saute.
  5. After 2 mins, add green chillies, garlic cloves & saute.
  6. After 1-2 mins, turn off the flame.
  7. Let it cool down at room temperature.
  8. Take a plate, add roasted peanuts, chana dal & keep aside.
  9. Take a mixer jar, add roasted peanuts, chana dal, coconut, salt, a little water & grind finely.
  10. Add green chillies & garlic cloves & grind finely.
  11. Take a bowl, add grounded paste, a little water & mix well.
  12. Take a pan. Add all the tempering ingredients & saute. Turn off the flame.
  13. Let it cool down a little at room temperature.
  14. Add the tempering & mix well.
