KAMAR DARD, JODON KA DARD, SAR DARD SABHI SE CHUTKARA DE YE GOND KE LADDU || LADDU RECIPES BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Wheat Flour - 2 Cups
  2. Sugar - 1 Cup (Grind into a fine powder)
  3. Edible Gum - 50-100 gms
  4. Desiccated Coconut - 50 gms
  5. Almonds, Cashews, Raisins - 50 gms
  6. Ghee - 2 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat a karahi, add ghee - 1 spoon. Add edible gum, stir fry & take it out.
  2. Add almonds, cashews, stir fry & take it out.
  3. Add raisins, stir fry & take it out.
  4. Add desiccated coconut & stir fry. Saute on low flame.
  5. Crush edible gum & keep it aside.
  6. Grind the nuts & keep them aside.
  7. Heat a karahi, add ghee - 1 spoon. Add wheat flour & saute. When the flour turns light golden brown, turn off the flame.
  8. Add edible gum to it & mix well. Add raisins & mix well. Add grounded nuts & mix well.
  9. On a low flame, add powdered sugar & mix well.
  10. After 2-3 mins, turn off the flame. Add desiccated coconut & mix all of them together.
  11. Transfer the mixture into a thal. Mix it when lukewarm against the palms & give shape.
  12. Serve as prepared.
