BAIGAN KA BHARTA || ROASTED EGGPLANT || बैंगन का भरता रेसिपी | बैंगन का भर्ता कैसे बनाते हैं  BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Eggplant - 2
  2. Tomato - 2
  3. Green Chilli - 3
  4. Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp4
  6. Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
  7. Green Coriander - Few (Chopped)
  8. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  9. Nigella Seeds - 1 tsp
  10. Ginger - 1 Small Piece (Crushed)
  11. Salt - To Taste
  12. Mustard Oil - 1 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Pork a fork in the eggplant. Spread oil on the eggplant. Put the eggplant on flame & roast it.
  2. In the same way, roast tomatoes & green chillies.
  3. Take a bowl, add water & put the roasted eggplant in it for 5 mins.
  4. Take out the burned skin of the veggies.
  5. After 5 mins. Peel out the skin of eggplants. Place a chopping board, chop tomatoes, green chillies & eggplant finely.
  6. Heat a handi. Add Mustard Oil & heat till smoking point.
  7. Add cumin seeds & saute.
  8. Add nigella seeds & saute.
  9. Add crushed ginger & saute.
  10. Add chopped tomatoes, green chillies & saute. Cover & cook.
  11. After 3-4 mins, add turmeric, red chilli, coriander powders & saute.
  12. After 2-3 mins, add chopped eggplants & saute. Put the lid & cook on low flame.
  13. Add green coriander & mix well. Put the lid & cook on low flame.
  14. Turn off the flame, when the oil starts separating.
  15. Serve hot.
