METHOD:
KALAKAND PUFF || SWEETS RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD
- PREPARATION TIME: 15-20 Mins
- COOKING TIME: 15 Mins
- SERVINGS: 4-5
INGREDIENTS:
- Kalakand - 5
- Samosa Patti - as required
- Green cardamom - 1 Pinch
- Kewda essence - 2-3 drops
- Dry fruits - 1/2 cup (Chopped)
- Refined Flour - as required
- Oil - For Frying
- Cover samosa Patti with a muslin cloth & keep aside.
- Take a bowl, put kalakand & mash it with a fork. Add Green cardamom powder, kewda essence, dry fruits & mix well.
- Take Refined flour & water & mix together in a paste.
- Take 2 Patti & keep it as shown in the video. Double the Patti, place some kalakand mixture, spread the paste on edges, and close it.
- Heat oil in a cooking pot. Put one by one puff in oil & let fry till golden brown on low flame.
