KALAKAND PUFF || SWEETS RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

  • PREPARATION TIME: 15-20 Mins
  • COOKING TIME: 15 Mins
  • SERVINGS: 4-5
INGREDIENTS:
  1. Kalakand - 5
  2. Samosa Patti - as required 
  3. Green cardamom - 1 Pinch
  4. Kewda essence - 2-3 drops
  5. Dry fruits - 1/2 cup (Chopped)
  6. Refined Flour - as required
  7. Oil - For Frying
METHOD:
  1. Cover samosa Patti with a muslin cloth & keep aside.
  2. Take a bowl, put kalakand & mash it with a fork. Add Green cardamom powder, kewda essence, dry fruits & mix well.
  3. Take Refined flour & water & mix together in a paste.
  4. Take 2 Patti & keep it as shown in the video. Double the Patti, place some kalakand mixture, spread the paste on edges, and close it.
  5. Heat oil in a cooking pot. Put one by one puff in oil & let fry till golden brown on low flame.
