EID SPECIAL MUTTON TAHIRI RECIPE || SUPER TASTY RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

- Basmati Rice - 1 Kg (Soak in water)
- Mutton - Pieces - 800 gms
- Onion - 1 (Roughly Chopped)
- Tomatoes - 4-5 (Roughly Chopped)
- Green Chilli - 5-6
- Red Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Ginger Garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp
- Garam Masala Powder - 1 tbsp
- Curd - 1/2 Cup
- Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
- Dry Spices: Cinnamon stick - 1, Cloves - 2, Green Cardamom - 1
- Oil - 2 Spoon
- Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
- Potatoes - 3 (Cut into equal halfs)
- French Beans - Few
- Fenugreek Leaves - 2 Cups
- Green Coriander - Few
- Mint Leaves - 1 Cup
- Lemon - 1
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Dry Spices: Bay Leaf - 1, Cinnamon Stick - 1, Green Cardamom - 1, Cloves - 2, Black Pepper - Few
- Salt - To Taste
- Ghee - 1/2 Spoon
- Oil - 1 Spoon
- Heat oil in a cooker, add cumin seeds & saute. Add dry spices & saute.
- Add half of ginger garlic paste & saute.
- Add mutton pieces & saute.
- After 2-3 mins, add half of all ingredients (6-7) & full of coriander powder & saute.
- Add salt, a little of garam masala powder & saute.
- Add curd & saute. Add half of the tomatoes & mix well.
- Add green chilli & saute. Add a little water, Close cooker & bring it on full pressure & cook until 5-6 whistles.
- After 5-6 mins, mix it well for once & keep aside.
- Heat a handi, add oil, ghee & heat it.
- Add all ingredients (23-24) & saute.
- Add onions & saute. Add ginger-garlic paste & saute.
- Add tomatoes & saute.
- Add french beans & saute.
- Add potatoes & saute. Add all masalas except for garam masala powder, salt & saute.
- Add fenugreek leaves & saute. Cover & cook on low flame for 10 mins. Separate the mutton pieces from gravy & mix well on high flame. Add water 1 litre & mix well.
- Add green coriander & mix well. Add mint leaves & mix well. Add green chilli & mix well. Add garam masala powder & mix well.
- Put the lid & let the water boils. As the water starts boiling, add rice & mix well. Place the lid & simmer. Mix well for once.
- Add lemon juice & mix well. Add mutton pieces & mix well, cover the lid with a cotton cloth & let it cook for 6-7 mins.
- Serve hot.
