EID SPECIAL MUTTON TAHIRI RECIPE || SUPER TASTY RECIPE BY AYESHA'S WORLD

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Basmati Rice - 1 Kg (Soak in water)
  2. Mutton - Pieces - 800 gms
  3. Onion - 1 (Roughly Chopped)
  4. Tomatoes - 4-5 (Roughly Chopped)
  5. Green Chilli - 5-6
  6. Red Chilli Powder - 2 tbsp
  7. Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp
  8. Coriander Powder - 1 1/2 tbsp
  9. Ginger Garlic paste - 1 1/2 tbsp
  10. Garam Masala Powder - 1 tbsp
  11. Curd - 1/2 Cup
  12. Cumin Seeds - 1 tsp
  13. Dry Spices: Cinnamon stick - 1, Cloves - 2, Green Cardamom - 1
  14. Oil - 2 Spoon
  15. Onion - 1 Big (Sliced)
  16. Potatoes - 3 (Cut into equal halfs)
  17. French Beans - Few
  18. Fenugreek Leaves - 2 Cups
  19. Green Coriander - Few
  20. Mint Leaves - 1 Cup
  21. Lemon - 1
  22. Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
  23. Dry Spices: Bay Leaf - 1, Cinnamon Stick - 1, Green Cardamom - 1, Cloves - 2, Black Pepper - Few
  24. Salt - To Taste
  25. Ghee - 1/2 Spoon
  26. Oil - 1 Spoon
METHOD:
  1. Heat oil in a cooker, add cumin seeds & saute. Add dry spices & saute.
  2. Add half of ginger garlic paste & saute.
  3. Add mutton pieces & saute.
  4. After 2-3 mins, add half of all ingredients (6-7) & full of coriander powder & saute.
  5. Add salt, a little of garam masala powder & saute.
  6. Add curd & saute. Add half of the tomatoes & mix well.
  7. Add green chilli & saute. Add a little water, Close cooker & bring it on full pressure & cook until 5-6 whistles.
  8. After 5-6 mins, mix it well for once & keep aside.
  9. Heat a handi, add oil, ghee & heat it.
  10. Add all ingredients (23-24) & saute.
  11. Add onions & saute. Add ginger-garlic paste & saute.
  12. Add tomatoes & saute.
  13. Add french beans & saute.
  14. Add potatoes & saute. Add all masalas except for garam masala powder, salt & saute.
  15. Add fenugreek leaves & saute. Cover & cook on low flame for 10 mins. Separate the mutton pieces from gravy & mix well on high flame. Add water 1 litre & mix well.
  16. Add green coriander & mix well. Add mint leaves & mix well. Add green chilli & mix well. Add garam masala powder & mix well.
  17. Put the lid & let the water boils. As the water starts boiling, add rice & mix well. Place the lid & simmer. Mix well for once.
  18. Add lemon juice & mix well. Add mutton pieces & mix well, cover the lid with a cotton cloth & let it cook for 6-7 mins.
  19. Serve hot.
